Very good location with proximity to Takayama Station. The kitchen utensils and amenities are good enough for us.

Great experience in such nice small onsen hotel. We stayed in the room with outdoor private pool to enjoy the relaxing onsen any time. Our dinner and breakfast were served in a private room, and the room has provided the toys to kids so that we could enjoy the food. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend if you are driving and wish to escape from a busy city.

That was the best accomodation of the whole trip. This classic authentic Japanese inn is so ready to welcome and serve foreigners. Not only their way of serving, the knowledge they brought to their customers are huge and deep. It helps a lot with the customers to understand the etiquette and ritual of staying in Japanese classic inn. For those enthusiasts of Japanese culture, I highly recommend this accommodation. It will bring you some unforgettable experiences. After the stay you will...

- Excellent and sincere customer service; All hotel staff were helpful - they know exactly what you need before you even say it. You can feel that they sincerely want to serve you well, as well as share with you the Japanese culture (how to wear Yukata, the etiquette in public bath). - Very tasty dinner and breakfast - we were so full that we skipped lunch after the fulfilling breakfast ;) - Perfect hotel room with tatami yet modern; - Clean and comfortable public Japanese bath and paid...

We had an enjoyable night there. The staff all speak in good english. The ryokan is well facilitated with a lift and a nice public bath. The dinner and breakfast are both special and delicious. They provided a lof of choices for the yukata and they are all beautiful. It is nice to wear it to take pictures inside the nice ryokan. The host prepared a lovely gift for each of us. It is very heartwarming. I will definitely come again and recommend my friends to stay here!
