"Room had garbage in it when we arrived. Could not get hot water in shower. Then the pool was treated with chemical with no sign on door. So my family ended up getting into pool and hot tub not knowing."

"Recent and nicely renovation of rooms. Clean and quiet. Nice breakfast offerings, and friendly staff."

"I purposely paid more and booked this hotel because Jamestown always has a reputation of dirty hotels and we've always had the best luck at the Fairfield. Unfortunately, it was filthy and nothing was clean besides a quick wipe in the bathroom and clean bedding. I felt uncomfortable the whole weekend and was anxious to get home. The pool is so chlorinated that it had our eyes and noses burning and our kids were coughing each night after swimming. Very disappointed this time. :( "

""Breakfast" consisted of weak coffee and a small pack of mini donuts. There was no coffee maker in the room. The motel was clean but somewhat run down."
