“Staff was so friendly and kind. Room was absolutely beautiful. My only complaint for a not 5 star was that there were slightly large bugs in our room, not on the bed but on the floor, I’m only assuming since it’s dark with the solar lighting. Other than that this place was absolutely stunning and I will be returning!”

“Great free cooked breakfast; let us check in a bit early after we arrived via an overnight flight. Peoplemover (free) tram is directly across the street; avaiable to access the YMCA about a block away.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Greektown area was safe and welcoming. Dunkin’ Doughnut was a good choice for breakfast. Casino staff and bartenders were nice and they didn’t mind being asked about anything you didn’t understand.”

“Our stay here was exceptional except you weren't allowed to bring outside food in or DoorDash. I understand that since they have a restaurant on-site but it closes earlier than we thought. We were in town for a concert and wanted a bite to eat afterwards but just went to be a bit hungry lol. We probably could have found somewhere to dine but it was 11 pm on a Wednesday...not many dine in spots hence the need for DoorDash. I would absolutely stay here again despite that minor inconvenience.……

“Would not recommend booking here. Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, which is already quite late for a hotel stay. I received access information at 3:50 PM, but then at 4:16 PM, 16 minutes after check-in time, I received another message telling me to disregard the check-in details because the room would not be ready until 5:30 PM. I had no advance notice, and this created a major inconvenience as I had an event at 6:00 PM and needed access to the room to get ready. When I finally got into……

“My television had intermittent outages that impacted the use of the tv and its service! $45 daily mandatory valet parking seemed excessive.”

“The A/C was broken, did not function at all; the shower door has high pitch squeaking sound every time i closed it. Everything else is good.”

“Everything was clean, but it didn't always look it because there were drops or chips of paint from the recent renovating, which maybe wasn't fully professionally done. The hatred parking was nice, as was the courtyard. The location was convenient, walking distance to a few shops/ restaurants and a quick bike to downtown or Mexicantown. It was a disappointment that there wasn't any way to heat up water for tea (no microwave, etc.) I could request hot water in my travel mug from the staff……

“The property was fairly clean, but terribly uncomfortable. The bed is so low to the floor felt like sleeping on a rug...There was one chair and it was so tiny a grown adult could barely fit in it.. great location as far as close to walkable sites... if you're 50 or older Don't even think about it.”
