“Pros - Good place for kid to play sands, feeding fish, swimming. - The villa is new, well maintained and also inside. - Wifi coverage is good. Cons - The hotel security refused to enter the hotel before 12:00 even we told him we just want to unload the luggage. But security still refused to open the gate. - Only Receptionist can speak English. When you leave the lobby, No English for any room service/restaurant/cleaner/even phone call. - Tableware is not good, all of them are made by melamine……

“Fantastic location right in the heart of Ho Tram. The beach is beautiful and exceptionally clean, which was a big plus. We were upgraded to a beachfront villa, spacious and just steps from the main pool and restaurant. Breakfast offered plenty of variety, and the staff were super attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!”

“Amazing resort, best pool we have ever had at a resort, lovely staff and stunning views and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was so good and pool side pizza though fairly expensive was delicious.”

“進房間就看到蜘蛛絲在天花板厚厚的好幾處，還有一條像棉線垂下來，很可怕。 馬上有請櫃檯安排人員清潔。戶外的水池也都是小昆蟲死在裡面，根本無法下去做水療，所以自行加價升等也無法使用房內設施。”

“地點偏遠, 酒店提供温泉按摩, 但地點距離酒店15km, 需要坐600,000vnd的士來回, 去到才發現是其它的酒店, 用餐地方只有一個, 但品種少. 泳池就ok. 但六點後就不准入內, 這地方全沒有免費接駁巴士去附近景點的回胡志明的大巴站, 即由你開始入住, 就只能在入面游水(泳池或行出海灘) 不用再去.”

“The resort and appartment was very good. We had a nice view over South China Sea, and a nice balcony. The swimming pool is located next to the sea, and filled with salt water. The Hotel an Resort is mostly used by Vietnamese people, and they are very load! Staff don’t speak English, only some very basic words. We could not get any sightseeing advises, and an external tourist guide also did not speak English. If you go there, only do it for relaxing, as you cannot get advice for exploring the……

“I book 2 rooms, but the staff told me they received email only one, I don’t know it’s Travelocity problem or not, I already pay, no Travelocity staff reply, just hack my money.”
