“Pros - Good place for kid to play sands, feeding fish, swimming. - The villa is new, well maintained and also inside. - Wifi coverage is good. Cons - The hotel security refused to enter the hotel before 12:00 even we told him we just want to unload the luggage. But security still refused to open the gate. - Only Receptionist can speak English. When you leave the lobby, No English for any room service/restaurant/cleaner/even phone call. - Tableware is not good, all of them are made by melamine……

“進房間就看到蜘蛛絲在天花板厚厚的好幾處，還有一條像棉線垂下來，很可怕。 馬上有請櫃檯安排人員清潔。戶外的水池也都是小昆蟲死在裡面，根本無法下去做水療，所以自行加價升等也無法使用房內設施。”

“Fantastic location right in the heart of Ho Tram. The beach is beautiful and exceptionally clean, which was a big plus. We were upgraded to a beachfront villa, spacious and just steps from the main pool and restaurant. Breakfast offered plenty of variety, and the staff were super attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!”
