"Hotel was fine, very central. Room OK. Breakfast was very excerlent. The only thing that spoiled it was the very strange man that was on duty at breakfast. Firstly he insisted on speaking spanish to us and pretending not to understand us? When he finished having fun with that he spoke perfect English and every coment was 'barbed'. He finished by saying hope we do some exercise after eating a very substantial breakfast! He really could do with learning some customer service lessons and basic manners. It will put me off returning as would'nt want to face him again first thing in the morning. Pity as all the other staff were wonderful."
