「A functional, clean hotel with professional and friendly staff. No thrills and priced accordingly. If you need to somewhere nearby, it’s a solid choice. Decent shower. No Air Con. Car park is poorly maintained and the pub at the front looks derelict - I genuinely couldn’t work out whether it was open or not. It had the appearance of having been shut for years, whilst seemed to be advertising the ongoing World Cup! Avoid for a romantic break, but absolutely stay here if you need practical...

「Overall, the hotel is really nice and quite charming. The only thing that I would see was the parking . We had to use the overflow parking which was in a very dark area away from the hotel so it was dark. I did not feel comfortable walking back up to the hotel late at night. also we did upgrade our room to include a bath, but there was no water for the bath, so I was really disappointed in this because it was a lovely feature in the room. When I did say to the hotel receptionist, they said OK...

「Great pool and treatment area. Room was clean. Parking was good. Location was great as a base.」

「去机场非常方便」

「Stayed for 1 night with my wife and 3 children to combine visiting Warwick Castle with Cadbury World. The hotel was excellent and the kids loved the knight theme, which surprised us as this went beyond the decor with entertainment and activities for the kids such as monster hunting and training with real knights! This made the trip extra special and with free parking and a great breakfast before we visited the castle made the day easy and enjoyable!」

「Parking hourly rate should be paid during the day time. 50 GBP was paid for three hours after checked in although 50% discount was given for the overnight parking. The guest should be informed the parking fee in advance when room booking was made. The parking fee is too high indeed. Loading and unloading luggage is also very inconvenience.」
