Location, Location, Location!!!In Spiaggia is in a GREAT location. Walk to restaurants, stores (grocery & otherwise), shops galore, fishing pier, you name it. Pleanty of room for the 6 adults and 4 kids, with everyone having their own space when needed. Oceanfront views. We were even close enough to the sound to walk to our boat rental for a cruise down the ICW!On the downside, the deck is in need of some major work. Seems stable and secure enough but we had a several splinter incidents just moving about and had to make sure everyone had shoes or flipflops, and no hand dragging. The grill belonging to the property was not usable, so we rented one locally. The shower curtain rod in the upstairs bath kept falling down (we secured it as best we could when we left. The property did not seem to be as "clean & sparkely" as when we last stayed there in 2023. None of these issues overrode our overall satisfaction with the property, but felt you should be aware.
