Perfect little spot

Great property, close to beach! I appreciate the willingness to accommodate pets. Well appointed we especially loved the great little tiki bar. Thanks for a nice weekend!

Open floor plan and great outdoor space!

We stayed at Happy Hours for a lovely mini break! We had our two dogs and the fenced in yard made caring for them so easy! The house is lovely and the open floor plan for the living areas is open and spacious. The kitchen and house lighting is well-labeled and organized. We never had to search hard or guess on anything! The appliances were clean and the deck and sitting areas outside were very comfortable. Beach access was a very short walk and it's a quick trip in the car, or on the bikes they provide to restaurants, bars, and other conveniences. Kimberly and the Lumina team were really responsive with any questions we had! We would definitely stay here again!

We've previously stayed at property and its amenities are excellent. For us, we appreciate the proximity to the beach. The outdoor cleanup area is convenient. It has been I and my spouse so the single bathroom isn't problematic though I suspect for more guests it would be a challenge particularly as the bathroom is small. All in all, we plan to keep it on our short list of go to locations.

Perfect location

We stayed with our 2 kids (8&10) and dog and it was a very well stocked house for both beach accessories and kitchen. We had everything we needed and more. The walk to the beach was very close which is what we needed with our senior dog.
