「The farmhouse was very clean with a spectacular view of the lake and surrounding areas. The staff was welcoming and the breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend for a short or extended stay.」

「Ottimo hotel, stanza grande e pulita. Buona e abbondante la colazione. Posizionato in una zona di campagna tranquilla ma un pò isolata. Stile old english.」

「Basic room is enormous at over 45m sq and has huge comfortable bed, large bedroom, separate hallway with large spacious dressing room and large spacious bathroom with shower and bath separate. My only slight criticism would be the pillows on the bed. Not your typical 5 star down and feather combo but a hollow fibre style that wasn’t as comfortable or luxurious. Still pretty good.」

「Clean very spacious room, nice decor across property, staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet excellent with good selection and nice touches for several items such as flavoured soaked dried fruits, fresh fruit selection, cooked breakfast cooked well ( not overly oily) 」

「What a lovely hotel. We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival and checked in within minutes. We were appointed a quiet room which was spacious and comfortable. Food in the restaurant was very nice both at dinner and breakfast. The hotel had excellent gym facilities. All in all a great short break!」

「Really enjoyed our stay here the place is stunning with loads to do. Enjoyed a couple of pints in the castle by the fire and had a great breakfast the next day. The lodges are huge and very well maintained. A real getaway 」

「The parking was free and located right by the resort and spa areas. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated, the pillows were rather hard, though. There was no fridge or microwave in the room, as American guests might desire. There was a hot water boiler, two cups and one spoon, 2 bottles of still water, tea bags and instant coffee singles, and milk singles (during our visit to the area we could not find any coffee creamer in liquid or powdered form anywhere).
