I'm going to start by saying, this should be a great place, it looks that way on paper. Our room was nice and clean, but no air conditioning so you had to sleep with the windows open. The room we stayed in is in an enclosed courtyard that used to be stable. At 4:20 AM the 2nd night, someone that works for the hotel seemed to think it was a good time to roll a bunch of……

“Our Kilkea Castel stay was amazing. It was quite beautiful clean and very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Also the activities room was great and the staff was very helpful there as well. The only thing that was a bit off putting was the smoking in the patio area while me and my children were sitting outside although I'm not sure non smoking areas are a thing in Ireland. Also we came on the hottest week of the year and there wasn't air conditioning or……
