Welcome to resort style living behind the secure gates of Perico Bay Club. This second floor condo offers broad vistas of the intra-coastal waterway, Cortez and the south end of Anna Maria Island. This quiet community features multiple swimming pools, tennis courts, clubhouse and fitness center. The interior has high vaulted ceilings that really open up the living area, 2 bedrooms (a queen bed in each), 2 bathrooms and a glass enclosed porch. A one car garage is provided as well as plenty of open guest parking in front of the building. Perico Bay Club is a short 2 mile drive to the beautiful white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island and its plentiful restaurants, shops and pubs.

Please note that this condo has a minimum stay required of 30 nights or more.

Overall my stay was great! The location is really convenient to the beach and shops, stores and restaurants The view from the deck is spectacular. My small complaints are that the unit is too "cluttered' with items that left no room in any of the kitchen cabinets for food. Also, the furniture in the living area is very dated and very uncomfortable.

Loved it

This property had all the amenities needed for a very nice holiday. Probably a younger person would have had a perfect holiday. We found the stairs a bit of a problem, carrying luggage and groceries up the stairs were problematic. There was a stair lift but it was for our neighbour who had their property for sale. All in all, we would recommend it.
