March stay

The condo unit was very nice and clean. Everything we needed for the beach was provided for our use, and even more than we needed. Very close access to the beach, grocery and a few restaurants.

Amazing location

Wow! This was the closest to the Beach we have ever stayed …literally steps. Mom is almost 80 and had no trouble getting to the beach. Sitting on the balcony felt like we were on the beach without the sand! Pool is nice and so clean. Loved it so much we booked next year. Highly recommend!

Perfect vacation at AMI

Perfect set up right on the beach and close to everything. Publix was a minute away. Condo had everything we needed - towels, stocked kitchen, entertainment, beach chairs, toys, etc. Would definitely come back again!

Perfect location

Home was exactly as described. It was incredibly clean, well stocked with everything you need, and the location was unbeatable. Great sunsets right from the balcony, the pool was well kept, and the building was quiet. We also really appreciated the covered parking! Would absolutely rent again.

The view was incredible

The view off the back porch was incredible! It was really nice to have the beach and pool so close. It looked like the kitchen and bathrooms had been recently renovated, and the kitchen was very well appointed.

Great location, beautiful condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at AMI Dreaming! The condo is beautiful and very well stocked. The location is perfect - steps away from the beach as well as the trolley. And just a few short min to the grocery store too. And the heated pool was great for night swimming (a favorite for my kids). This was our first visit to AMI and AMI Dreaming, but it won’t be our last.

Could not be closer to the beach. Excellent views of the gulf from balcony. Very quiet neighbors. Pool area is well kept. Very accurate description and price was reasonable for that season and proximity to the beach.

Heaven on the beach

We just left and already miss the spectacular view. Fully equipped with lots of extras, this condo provides everything needed for a comfortable vacation. The complex is quiet and immaculate with a large pool and the beach steps away. The perfect escape!

AMI DREAMING 105

This condo was wonderful! Clean, updated and spacious. The proximity to the beach was great! And the views were spectacular! My only negative was the water pressure in the showers and the master bedroom mattress was a little lumpy. We would definitely rent here again! Rental agency customer service was great.

2023 Escape

Our second time to AMI. The location of this condo was perfect for us. Next to Manatee Beach with free trolley stop gives quick access to the islands many hot spots. The property had everything we were looking for. Comfy beds and beach amenities. We would book this condo again! Thank you for sharing it with us.

Wonderful Condo & Great Location

My husband and I rented this cute condo for a much needed week of rest, relaxation, and sun. The condo was very clean and was appointed with everything we needed. The only hiccup we had was the internet password was changed and we were given the old one in our check-in email however that was just a quick phone call and was straightened out in minutes. We loved the view from the porch overlooking the gulf. Sunsets were beautiful. We would definitely go back again.

Cleanest place ever!!!

Our week at Anna Maria was incredible!! This condo is outstanding! I clean houses for a living and I literally couldn't find dirt, I tried!! It was well stocked, the storage unit full of beach accessories was awesome, the pool was great, the beach was gorgeous and you literally can't get any closer! We could see the sunsets while sitting on the couch! Thank you!! We certainly plan to return 😊

Excellent location

The location is perfect walk out onto beach. Pool nice size. Hiccup when we first arrived Saturday night kitchen area flooded with water. All was taken care of by Monday and the property management co gave us a nice gift card for our inconvenience. Rest of the week superb! This condo was equipped with everything you could need!! Made staying in and cooking some meals a joy. Would absolutely stay here again. Everyone is friendly and family oriented.

The unit was nice, pretty clean and well supplied. The guest bathroom needs work. The shower curtain would not stay on the rings. The shower rod holder was rusty. The bathtub faucet was difficult to turn off and on
