Cozy and close to beach

Wonderfully clean unit just steps from the beach. Private pool is great amenity as is golf cart!

We lived the house. Pool filter too loud.

Loved the house. Pool filter too loud. The landscaping is beautiful but it made the pool messy. Property manager was great getting a few things fixed.

Expected more size & newness for the money

Home was dated & small. The living room rug which was shown in the VRBO pics, would have been a attractive feature, but instead the living room seemed cold and not inviting. Pluses were private pool & golf cart, but during holidays they are not used much, if at all, and an extreme up charge was applied without use of those. Keurig did not work, chewed gum was stuck to nightstand, back guest bath shower did not drain properly (had to plunge out multiple times). There wasn’t documentation about sliding door buzzing, pool lighting, Roku, etc. All and all, it was disappointing.

Beach Daze was a great place to stay for our Anna Maria vacation

Beach Daze was clean and very comfortable. Can’t beat the homes proximity to the beach. Easy walk to the beach and there are new beach chairs and beach wagon to take everything over that you may need while watching the dolphins swim past The backyard oasis has a heated pool and comfortable seating to enjoy a nice lunch cooked on the new gas grille. Looking forward to come back and stay here again
