Location and pool were the best.

Having a pool and a great easy walk to the beach wee the best. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and have no complaints!

Perfect!

This was such a cute place in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach and a great neighborhood. We got a lot of use out of the pool and the backyard. The game room was super neat! Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. It looks just like the pictures, but even better. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Holmes beach get away

This was quite an amazing property. We absolutely loved the proximity to Holmes Beach and utilized it extensively. The pool was so wonderful. The beach equipment was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The gameroom was great. Laundry, bathrooms..great. This place had everything. The only couple things we thought needed some improvement was a true deep clean in the kitchen (and possibly some updating), and a deeper cleaning targeting pet hair. Overall we loved it.

Amazing property fully equipped just steps away from a pristine white sand beach. Booking was easy. The management company responded quickly to our requests. The kitchen was fully equipped and the game room even more. The property was prepared and cleaned when we arrived including having beach towels and all listed beach equipment. This home has an inviting outdoor space with a nice pool and lots of patio furniture to lounge around. Also, the checkout process was easy as they take care of almost everything. If you are thinking of booking this property, you won’t go disappointed.

How lucky can you get !!!

You’re very lucky if you rent this home. We love it here. If being only steps from the beach isn’t enough, now there is a new heated pool with a fountain and a light show! Awesome for the kids and romantic for couples. Everything you need is there and tons of things you would never think about until you saw them. Also perfect location and your hosts are tres accommodating. Better hurry to get this classic Anna Maria Island gem.

Wonderful vacation home!!

The location to the beach was amazing. Definately need a beach wagon. But the price and location is this wonderful neighborhood is perfect. The house had everything we needed. The ac unit was not cooling well at check in and my son being ac mechanic checked the filter and it had not been changed in awhile. Management company got right on it and had it there for us asap since we could install it we were not inconvenienced at all. The cameras on the property is weird but I get it. You need it to protect your investment but like I told my family we don't do anything wrong and treat the property like it's your own. You won't regret this rental if your a beach lover. Joy Abounds, Indeed!

The owners are two of the most generous and thoughtful persons we have ever had the good fortune to rent a vacation home from. The home is wonderfully clean and contains everything you expect and many items you never would have thought of needing but immediately said, "Oh, look at this. It will be great for the beach, the bbq, playing after supper" you will so appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into preparing this home away from home. All we needed to do was grab our flip-flops and towels and walk the few steps to the sandy, pristine beach. The sunsets were spectacular! We'll be back next March and can't wait to enter this funky, cool home with the warm welcoming feeling. Cheers!

Perfect summer beach trip

Loved the beachy color scheme and the layout of the home overall. This was our first year bringing our new son-in-law and the 3 bedroom set-up worked out great. The common spaces were roomy enough that we weren't falling over each other. We were all also very pleased with the yard and private pool. The pool is even nicer than the pics show, with umbrellas and lighting that ties it all together. Additionally, the family loved the location. The wife was worried about it not being oceanfront, but was completely fine once we got there. It's basically the same distance/time to the beach from the condo as some of the beachfront properties. Also, it's in a quiet residential area on the beach side of the main road that crosses the island. Overall, it was great location and setup for the family. The island is beautiful and this was a no-stress vacation for us.

We will be back!

This trip just converted me from a staunch East Florida beach fan, to a West Coast lover. Our check-in was just mildly off when our key entry codes were not working, but a phone call later, and we quickly gained access with the lockbox keys. From that point, our stay was amazing. The house, furnishings, and amenities were even better than expected. We mostly spent our week at the beach (less than a 5-minute casual walk away) and the amazing pool with beautiful landscaping. I would have been perfectly content staying there, but we were curious about Anna Maria Island and Bean Point Beach, so we only left a few times to go exploring, further securing our love for the island. My teenage kids even LOVED it, and we know how ungracious they can be. LOL. We decided this is going to be an annual trip for us!

Peaceful pool

A unique old Florida house in a quiet neighborhood. Had a great pool in a wonderfully landscaped backyard. The house was very close to an uncrowded beach which after driving down the road to Cortez and Coquina beaches became so much more appreciated.

Best vacay ever

Anything you can imagine for a wonderful vacation is available in this beautiful home! We have never seen so many games, puzzles, books, etc. for guests. The pool was amazing! We will be back!!

Excellent experience

Excellent experience, perfect location for beach access, very responsive hosts, everything was as described and presented. Everything that could be needed in home was present including high chair, pack n play, beach wagon, umbrellas etc. Perfect access to beach. Great pool. Delicious mangos from the tree in the yard that host recommended that we take a taste of. Very kid friendly, game room was a hit and enjoyed by entire family. Comfortable accommodations, with everything that is needed for a restful vacation. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Perfect Vaca Getaway

We absolutely loved this quirky house near the beach. Such a fun and funky vibe. The house was clean, had so many unique touches, and so many things to keep guests entertained. The pool was beautiful and it is a very short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone inquiring!

Perfect vacation paradise

I cannot say enough about our experience with this fabulous property and the lovely owners. We are already planning a (hopefully) spring break trip to this house in 2022. The house is charming and inviting. It has such personality and is obvious well loved and cared for by the owners. Everything that was described in the listing was accurate and we even found some wonderful additional surprises. We loved all of the game options, the ping-pong table and foosball table. I don’t think we were expecting the game room to be as large and inviting as it was and the space was perfect for our family to spread out in. The pool was my children’s favorite part and the lights show and in pool recliner area and eating area poolside we’re a nightly favorite. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. It was wonderful to be in a home so well appointed in the kitchen so that we could cook all of our meals in. The neighborhood is just charming and very residential and we loved the short walk to the beach. As described, the property had all sorts of beach and pool accessories which we made use of. We have already recommended this home to our family and will do so without hesitation to anybody looking for a peaceful getaway. You can do as much or little as you like on this charming island and we feel like we barely scratched the surface. I have to say that I am bowled over by the property owners. They were quickly responsive when we had questions and were incredibly accommodating and kind. They provided all of the information that we could need to have a perfect trip, including local recommendations and tips. And they certainly made our trip a whole lot easier with information when facing a potential hurricane

Amazing!

This was our first trip to AMI. We have three kids: 5,8, & 10 and when we go anywhere for a week the Expedition is packed! We didn’t have to do that this year! Joy Abounds had EVERYTHING we needed for the beach or pool in the house. Mamas- can I get an Amen?! Beach chairs, toys, towels, umbrellas, carts, floats, pool noodles, etc. They also had a highchair and pack n play if you need those. In addition to a comfortable house the best part inside was the sunroom/game room that overlooks the pool. Ping pong, fooseball, tons of books and board games. The property is beautifully landscaped and you feel like you are at a professional resort. The beach is maybe 100 yards across a tiny side street- no major road to cross. This was a huge plus with kids. We packed clothes, a few dry goods and had InstaCart deliver our groceries 30 minutes after we arrived. Lisa and Zach communicated everything we needed to know and answered all questions in a timely manner. We loved it so much we booked 2022 before we left!

Location and Pool!

The location is amazing. It's right in the middle of the island, so a quick drive or walk to everything. The beach is so close and our small children had no trouble walking to the beach. The pack n play and high chair were very much appreciated. The kids loved the shelf in the pool, and we loved the umbrella in the pool to keep them in the shade. The owners were so helpful for anything we needed. The only issue was the ants, which I've heard is an issue everywhere. We left food (in packages) on the counter and in the cabinet and in the morning there were ants all over the food. We then kept everything in the fridge and microwave and all was well the rest of the week. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely vintage property in a perfect area

We had multiple families join us for our stay and we’re able to find this property which was 1/2 block from the property we were renting . The home was well equipped, gorgeous pool and close to us as well as the beach . Our family loved it !

Joy Abounds is the perfect name for this charming beach home!

We absolutely loved our time at The Pink House (as our kids delighted in calling our home away from home) and one week went by all too fast! Everything in the home was comfortable, charming and welcoming - it was a perfect home base for exploring Anna Maria Island, and truly just a 3 minute walk from the turquoise water and white sand beach. The showstopper at the house is the new and AMAZING pool in the fenced backyard. If you have kids who love to play in the water (as we do), it will be difficult to get them out of the sparkling pool to do anything else. The grownups also spent many blissful afternoons reading on the pool loungers in the sun. Having our own private pool at the house made for a A+ vacation and everyone nearly cried when we had to leave. We are already dreaming about returning :) The owners couldn't have been nicer, they were communicative, helpful and so responsive when we had a question about the house. Thank you so much - this was a vacation with so much JOY - we'll never forget the sunsets we got to see and all the fun we had every day!
