Great location and nice stay for the price

We enjoyed the property, the pool was very dirty and the toliet didn't work upon arrival. It all ended up working out, maintenace was out first thing sunday. but we were asked several times to leave the property for showings which was very disruptive of our stay while I traveled with 4 teens who do not like to wake up early on vacation.

Quaint and perfect!

This rental was perfect for our little family! It had all the amenities you could think of, even for the beach! There's also tennis courts and a playground at the end of the street for littles! We would definitely rent this VRBO again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a specific pet-friendly trip for my wife and I and our two dogs. The property had all the amenities we needed. The grill was in need of some love or replacing.The location is great for walking, using the trolly, or driving to other attractions. Parking on the island is generally challenging only because of the lack of it.The only negative comment I have is with our security there. Which was only an issue with us the very last night we were there. After we went to bed before leaving early the next morning, we had a startling surprise that is very unsettling. The next renters arrived at about 9pm, and unlocked the door to let themselves in, using the 4 digit passcode that we were told to use. We understand, maybe the new renters had their days mixed up, or somehow it was booked wrong. But holy cow!Apparently the code is never reset.

My husband and 8 yr old stayed at this wonderful property. We had everything we needed from its location as well as all the home was equipped with. It was spacious, clean, and everything was in good working condition.
