We were 4 retired ladies going on our annual getaway trip. We selected this condo because of the proximity to the beach and the number of bedrooms. It did not disappoint! It had absolutely everything we needed and was a comfortable and well appointed. Our favorite part was sitting on the open balcony enjoying the beach view. We also spent a little time at the small but lovely pool. The management made sure we had everything we needed, there were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, etc. Our favorite bonus feature was the private elevator in our unit. It was ideal for getting luggage up and down the three stories.

Great place

Only issue was there is only one parking space for the unit. They do provide additional parking about one mile away. Doable but a little inconvenient. Except for that one thing it was wonderful.

Girls getaway weekend

The 3 bedroom with 3 baths was perfect for our party of 6 women. Condo was very clean and decorated nicely. The elevator was the icing on the cake. Was a life saver getting up to the 2nd and 3rd floors with suitcases. Location is great. Definitely would recommend.

Good overall, but not on beach

The pic. of the large building in the listing on the beach is not the building being rented out, it’s a bit deceiving. That is the building in front of the listed building. Also, the elevator was not operational. No heads up was given. This could have been a huge issue as one of the parties was elderly and unable to climb stairs. Luckily that person was unable to join otherwise it would have been a real dilemma that would have ruined the entire vacation. The issue isn’t the broken elevator, things happen, it’s the no communication that is the issue. The property manager advised that the repairman was coming the next morning to fix it, but that never happened the entire stay.

Lovely beach townhome

This townhome was perfect for housing a trip with my husband, my parents, and kids. Walking distance to the beach and a private pool that was never too crowded. We had a wonderful time!

Beach Vacation

A great family vacation. The condo and location were perfect for us as Grandparents, our Daughter and Son-in-law and their two children (ages 11 and 9). The managers of the property were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys provided. We were pleasantly surprised how quiet the complex was all night long.

Perfect Getaway for 2 Families

This was a wonderful townhouse a stone’s throw from the beach. The property managers were extremely friendly and helpful, the home was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Will be back!

Great location!!!

Ana Maria Island is one of my favorite places. You cannot beat the white beaches and the laid-back vibe. There is plenty to do for families. We had our three college age kids home for winter break and this was a perfect location. We ate and drank at some awesome locations, went deep-sea fishing and caught monster fish, rented bikes and rode around the island. The sunsets are incredible and the location of the condo to the beach is within steps. They have a great pool and hot tub that we enjoyed. There isn’t much as far as condiments or spices in the kitchen. We had to buy salt and pepper and sugar. I did not feel like cooking on this trip so we bought minimal food. There is a Publix close and you can actually order ahead of time for pick up if you don’t feel like battling the crazy vacationers. It was a wonderful trip and a smack in the face to come back to 35° weather in Illinois. We will definitely be back!

Great place!

We had a great experience at this property! Matthew and John both were an absolute delight, very helpful friendly and accommodating! The beach was clean and chairs always available! Our unit (11) was nicely appointed. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was a welcomed surprise! The teenagers thought the elevator inside our unit was amazing! Definitely a great place!

Holmes Beach Property

Terrific property in a central location to multiple beaches and restaurants. Weather prevented the use of kayaks and paddle boards, but we made ample use of bicycles and facilities. Highly recommend for large families with kids.

Geat Condo that accommodated our family well

We all loved the condo with plenty of space for the 6 of us to spread out - a great unit with 2 balconies to hang out on! We enjoyed being on the beach and used the pool and grill too. Very well maintained and managed property. Management is on site during the daytime and have access to a First Aid kit (not in the unit). Bring your own salt and pepper - no spices provided. One (1) parking space provided, with literally no street parking (Bistro across the street uses and monitors it closely for their valet parking). Management was kind enough to let us use another unit's space for a 2nd car, as it was vacant. We would stay here again!

Mainsail Beach Inn Five Star Condo

Everything was as it was pictured online. Easy access to the beach and pool. The condo was very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The property manager(s) were super nice and helpful. We all agreed that we would rent the same place again. It was our first time visiting Anna Marie Island, FL and we would definately go back.

Perfect location. The property needs a facelift.

Great location and space. There is a good deal of cabinet and furniture “decay”, but I assume this happens to rentals over time. We certainly paid enough in one week for a re-do.

Beautiful location

Beachfront beauty

We had the best time in this 3 bed, 3 bath condo. Unit was clean and spacious for all six adults. Had a cold night and could have used an extra blanket but not a deal breaker. When booking unit I didn’t realize it wasn’t the first building on the beach. So if you truly want the sit on you balcony over looking beach be sure to inquire location. Otherwise it was perfect. Be sure to eat at the Beach Bistro across the parking lot, a little pricey but outstanding dinner.

Beautiful island & beach location.

I thought we were staying directly on the beach and didn’t realize these were townhouses as my search was a house. I inquired about how many parking spots for a 3 bedroom and was communicated there would be 2, but when we got there the property manager said she emailed us that day about check in and there would only be one spot. We were able to make it work and not get towed. When we got into our villa, we went outside on the patio to enjoy the outside and we moved the table out, so we could all sit around the table and the neighbor below us came out and yelled at us for being so loud moving the furniture. We were there about 10 mins. We made the best of it, but it wasn’t a huge welcome from the property manager to the neighbor below. The villa needs updated painting as well.
