Great property in excellent location for access to shops and restaurants.

Great property in excellent location for access to shops and restaurants. Parking space well appreciated, particularly in central Holt. Well equipped and spotlessly clean - would highly recommend. Would suggest property details (and kitchen equipment /heating instructions) be printed and left in folder in property for easy access. Personally found sofa rather uncomfortable/not supportive for our backs. Notwithstanding suggestions - property of very high standard. Thank you.
