From time of reservation through checkout the host was exceptional with communication. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. Loved all of the towels. Perfect location, close to McRae's where we rented a pontoon noat for the day. Gorgeous area!! Close to restaurants and the waterfront. If i had to mention anything it was the squeaky bathroom door which in the middle of the night was an eye opener It was funny!! Terrie was a great host!! Will definitely book again

This was a very “Old Florida” home. We loved the character of the home and surrounding area. One bedroom had a ceiling fan, as did the kitchen but the other bedroom and living area did not. That’s something that’s almost a “must have” in Florida in the summer, especially. Even if there were a floor fan or something to have at night to plug in, that would have made it more comfortable. Communication with the host, cleanliness and hospitality were all top-notch! We will consider staying here again in the future, and we will bring extra fans to plug in.

This location is walkable to everything near the marina. Walking distance to the monkey bar or other places to eat. The check-in process was very easy and everything worked as expected.
