不满意：清洁度
We booked for 3 days; left 16 hours laterThe good: Location, back yard, porches, docks. This is the 2 star rating.The bad: We arrived at 1:30a.m and place was freezing. Thermostat set to 58 degrees. An hour and a half later it was still at 60 degrees. My wife slept in her jacket and gloves all night. Showers and tub were gross. Master tub should be cut out and thrown away - miscolored, dirty, soap scum, hairs (small and large), shower had a plastic no slip pad that was gross. Underneath it was dirt, hair, soap scum, mold. Spent fist 45 minutes cleaning the bathrooms - at which time the hot water ran out and couldn't take a shower. Bedding was sub standard, mismatched, pillows were flat, etc. Pulled in 2 space heaters (provided) but those blew the fuse - found fuse box but couldn't fix it. I sleep with a CPAP so i had to jerry rig some extension cords to make that all work. Terrible night. Chairs are cut up, parts of wall separated from ceiling, skylight looked like it was fixed (not well) with tar smeared across glass.We were in communications with owner. He was not happy we didn't give him the chance to fix before we left. My expectation is a place is ready when i arrive, not "fixed after the fact". After that night, i had zero confidence in any future fixes. He provided me with his "resume" and explanation of how everyone else who stayed there loved it. We did not. Never offered any refund so we ate the cost and stayed in Orlando the next 2 nights.
