「Wonderful ocean front location. Gated security. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub after the day’s adventures. Just note the fees stated that will be paid onsite. Grateful I noticed other reviews stated air conditioning has a separate fee. That wasn’t easily clear in the listing. We went early June and didn’t need A/C for our visit. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kona. The condo was clean and well stocked. We stopped at Costco and cooked in most nights. KTA is right up the street for other groceries. We walked to the Outrigger right next door to see the manta rays at night. Great location and great condo. Ashok was good about communication with us. Would definitely recommend.」

「Excellent property. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Condo comes with many amenities, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, washer/ dryer. Very close to shopping. Go a little further and there is a walmart,Safeway and Costco. Definitely need a car to get around. Our first visit to Kona. Will definitely recommend. 」

「Ideal spot overlooking a small beach park. Property was exactly as photos advertised. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping, easy underground parking. Only problem was that we wanted to stay longer! We did not give ourselves enough time in Kona after starting our trip on the Hilo side of the island.」

「The property location is amazing, just a short 5-10 min walk to Magic Sands Beach. The pool was amazing and my 3 boys (ages 8,5,2) loved it! There were beach towels and toys at the house. The cooler was great to have on our trips to the Hilo side. Communication with the owner was great and they were super helpful. 」

「We had such a great time. when some of us wanted to go to the beach and some wanted to stay at the house it went safe and they were content. The house was beautiful and comfortable. We cooked together and there was plenty of room for everyone of the 6 of us.」
