“Necesitan mejorar infraestructura ”

“I came to Roatan for my birthday with friends and we all four stayed at Kimpton Grand Roatan Resort and Spa. This was an extremely clean establishment and the front desk were nothing but helpful! The room was very put together and had more than enough space. The pool and beaches were beautiful and we were walking distance from the city but the hotel offered rides also. I received a birthday cake and staff ensured that I had a great time. A must stay!”

“We spent 4 wonderful nights at this property. It is away from the crowds of the main tourist locations on Roatan. The sunset views from our villa plunge pool were absolutely stunning. The entire experience from transportation from the airport upon arrival with Kenny, front desk reception Roberto and team to drinks and breakfast daily in the poolside bar/restaurant with Isaac and Sherice(apologies for misspelling), and dinner in Las Pergolas was amazing. “Small personal family-owned hotel. They take a personal interest in making your stay enjoyable. I needed a shuttle from the ferry docks to the hotel and then to the airport. The driver that picked me up with Clive who made the trip worth while. Clive gave me a tour of West End and recommended restaurants that did not disappoint. He married into the family. “What a great find this was, Super cute , Incredibly friendly and helpful. They have two pools and they are very flexible on the closing time as long as you’re quiet . My rental was a two bedroom one bath apartment and the price was amazing . The worse thing I would say about it is : it’s difficult to find but if you call them they will talk you through it . Be care of the convenience store across the street from the apartments , They will literally rob you . 85$ for two powerades & a bottle of……

“Friendly helpful ”

“The property location is excellent. What I found challenging was the room. The internet was not working sometimes and the water went down and so we did not have water a few times and there was no hot water in the shower sometimes and the room had no refrigerator or microwave and there was no phone to call the front desk in the room. ”
