“It is a charming hotel, with actual metal keys. Much more personal than a chain hotel. The television signal was not consistent, which was not surprising for the hilly location. We really enjoyed our stay. The town has many small shops, eateries which are worth enjoying”

“The stay did not start well as there was no record of my reservation. I don't know if there was a communication problem between Expedia and the "resort" or if there was internal miscommunication. None the less, the room that I reserved was not available. Thankfully they had a different accommodation available. The cabin was acceptable, but I can not give an excellent review because the sheets were wrinkled and the towels were a synthetic fabric. I guess I am spoiled because in Europe,……

The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever they were there, but in the morning there was no one available, and there was no one I could ask for assistance when I needed help. In addition, the bed was very short. I am 156 cm (5'1") tall, and unless my head was right at the very top of the bed, my feet extended past the end of the……

“It's a 3-Star hotel so don't expect the room to be glamourous, but my wife and I had a great time. Place was probably incredible in the 90s/early 2000s but needs maintenance. Food was good, but restaurant is understaffed. We stayed in the Champagne room, despite all of that, I do recommend staying here. It has a nice charm to it, Note, if you're afraid, there are lots of deer on site. But they are not aggressive, they seem to know where the food is. Enjoy!”

“5/5 Stars Total hidden gem in the Poconos! Lakelyn Lodge is beautifully renovated, immaculate, and offers stunning lakefront views. The contactless check-in was incredibly convenient, and the room felt elevated with high-end linens, luxury bath amenities, and excellent local coffee. We spent our mornings looking out at the quiet lake and our days exploring nearby Hawley and State Parks. It’s the perfect, peaceful basecamp for a weekend trip. Highly recommend!”

“PLEASANT SURPRISE !! I travel 300 + days per year. This might be the nicest best western I’ve ever been in. The entire staff was fantastic. Very clean and well maintained. Everything about this place is above average. Surrounded by restaurants with one inside the hotel. DQ and Krispy Kreme across the street. Nice indoor pool, wouldn’t hesitate to bring the wife and kids for the weekend. This one is a winner !”
