We were in the area to visit Pa. State Parks and stayed here two nights. My wife found Rex Hotel online and she really relies on the reviews of past guests. With this receiving so many positive ratings we went for it. The no contact check-in and out was new for us, but no issues arose at all. “My wife and I checked in on Friday with Jim one of the owners. He walked us around the home and showed us the kitchen and where all the stuff was. Wi-Fi was sufficient for the stay. We stayed in the lower room, and there were cob webs around the lights and had a cabin/musty smell. This is not a Hilton or Marriott property, you are staying in a home that is off the beaten path. Would I stay there again? YES. If I addressed the issues with Jim and Tracy would have addressed it. ”

“Our family truly enjoyed our time at the cozy cabin! The cabin was clean and well stocked. The lake is a short 2 min walk just across the street. It was so easy to launch our kayaks there too. “We stayed for two weeks in this quaint home. The first week was characterized by rain, rain, rain, but we needed rest, rest, rest, so we made a fire (it was actually chilly) and ventured out only for food. The area food choices are AWESOME! If you drew a 20 mile circle around the area, you’d be amazed at the quality of food choices available. We hiked in the area, visited Bushkill Falls, and met kind folks all over the area.
