"The AC/heating unit was not operational. It was not properly responsing to either the thermostat controls on the wall or controls on the unit itself. I could not sleep, woke up in the middle of the night due to a very dry air and had to change the room."

"The surrounding area was not great. The hotel is right next to a Super 8 and the parking lot was difficult to navigate. Our room was clean but a lot of things seemed to be broken. It looked like someone may have had a party in the room. The day bed frame was bent and my husband and I were worried about our 3 year old’s safety. Overall, the room was a decent place to sleep for a quick weekend trip."
