This was an amazing place to spend Thanksgiving for our extended family - 10 adults and 6 kids (3-17). The homes are nicely updated and very clean. Kitchens had most of what we needed. We had all meals at the house. Plenty of sleeping options with very comfortable beds and easy to run from one house to the other. We had the pool/spa heated (extra cost) and we enjoyed it often. It's gorgeous at night with the lights. Beautiful to kayak down the creek to the lake and look at all the gorgeous homes. Both homes have fire pits and outdoor tvs and plenty of outdoor seating. Kids totally enjoyed fishing off the dock (bring your rods). The playground is exceptional and totally fenced! Most importantly, the host (Horseshoe Bay) was always immediately responsive and helpful regarding the minor issues and questions we had - even over the holiday. Short drive to Sweet Berry Farm which was fantastic for the kids and had beautiful strawberries for picking. For indoor activities we thoroughly enjoyed Putters and Gutters in Marble Falls. So clean and so many fun activities for kids and adults. Wonderful stay all around! Highly recommend for a large group.
