“Good place to stay, if you need to be in Bristol. My room had fridge and microwave - both clean, but no iron(didn't need it) and no hair dryer(needed it). Restroom cleanliness is number one to me and it was clean. No breakfast. Keep this in mind because Expedia says "breakfast included". Instead I was given 2 bags for 2 days with bottles of water , crackers and a bar. One bag was open and some stuff missing. I don't eat this anyway so I didn't care :) There is a diner close by that opens at 7……

“This was a amazing place, if your ever in this area go by and enjoy the goats.”

“Well the first shift workers were really nice and pleasant, the late shift lady was mad she had to work and not helpful. The breakfast is pork no turkey products, but there are waffles, muffins were delicious, toast, cereal, and fruit. Overall nice, and will be back.”

“OK”

“Everything was great”

“It smelled like roaches. The whole place. Although i only saw 1 dead one you could let they place was invested at some point. They didn't even try to have air freshener in the room or anything.”

“Property needs some love. Does not look like listing photos. Yard full of dirt and ant hills. Fence was falling over when you try to shut it. Interior of home was not the cleanest. Shower smelled of mold and was not clean. Check in was easy.”

“Great bed and breakfast in the beautiful small town of Quincy. Bek was a wonderful and accommodating host. Was there for parents weekend at FSU and it was a reasonable distance from Tallahassee. The surrounding neighborhood has some beautiful homes and mature oak trees that were impressive.”

“Amazing outdoors!! Great location on the lake. Super small house. No covered space outside to block the rain. The beautiful lake and rainstorms only visible while standing at the windows inside small house. Also asked if we could stay 1 hour late and host’s said I could buy an additional day at a reduced rate, because of their cleaning crew arrival…felt very nickel and dime. Beautiful outdoors!”

“Thank you for the hospitality. We enjoyed our stay. We’ve checked out”

“One of the most beautiful places I've been and I'm from Tallahassee. Simply put "take off your shoes and relax your feet" the patio veiws will put you sleep, literally. Our host June was the best and open. Love that about a host. 10 stars 10 stars 10 stars. I know im a little carried away, I apologize, but that is exactly what this place did... Carried my family and I away.Oh I forgot the rooms are very clean too, just all around magnificent. 100 or 10 stars.”

“Wonderful stay at this location! Very clean and peaceful. Greeted at the front desk by a friendly young lady. Rooms were updated with hardwood floors and new furniture. Beds were super comfortable. Great to have a separate section with a microwave and good size fridge. Bathroom was also clean and updated. Breakfast was amazing and the lady working, Sharon, was so kind and kept everything super clean and breakfast items stacked. Really nice courtyard. Will definitely stay here again!”

“This cottage was so clean, inviting, peaceful, and beautiful! We had a nice quiet time away. I will definitely be going back to stay. I highly recommend it.”

“If I could give this hotel a -10 star review I would. If you're planning on staying here number one do not bring your service animal or be prepared to be questioned about your service animal because Raj will do just that. And do it with an attitude. He made my sister almost cry when he was questioning her about her service animal. He is very very rude and has a major attitude. And then when we went to go to bed let me tell you about their beds it's like sleeping on the floor if you like……
