「A simple hotel that was clean and provided a basic place to stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. No elevator so if you on the second floor with bags it’s a bit of effort though the staff does help you. Basic food is available on the street close by but nothing in the hotel itself. If you need a basic place to stay this property is fine and cost effective.」

「We had the most incredible stay at Layla - this was for our honeymoon and it couldn’t have been more magical. The pool area is stunning and our room was lovely and spacious - the balcony a great addition as was the walk in shower. Breakfast was delicious, and made even better by Michael who was so attentive - we looked forward to seeing him every morning! Location is ace, and so easy to explore central Tulum - if you want to go further afield the concierge were to hand and organised everything...
