「This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough...

「In Yucatan for a month - this was the best spot we stayed during our trip. Amazing rooftop terrace and kitchen! Love it.」

「Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Très cosy, au style minimaliste, qui permet de se sentir vraiment coupé du monde et de profiter d’un cadre paisible. La chambre avec piscine était vraiment satisfaisant. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec des fruits frais et des jus de fruits fraîchement préparés. Le seul petit bémol est que le menu était identique chaque jour, un peu plus de variété aurait été appréciée. Le personnel était très serviable et toujours à l’écoute....

「Best place to stay in Tulum! Gorgeous place. Had a fridge, stove, microwave, air conditioner in both rooms, two TV’s, high speed wifi, bikes to rent for the day for cheap! The top pool is so fun. Legit spent so much time on the top deck in the water and sun! Super kind people. They went above & beyond and really care about their guests. I’ll 100% be coming back, a dream place truly. It’s a rare find, don’t miss this gem! Best trip of my life thank you Kiki!」

「Gabriela at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. Place is beautiful with well maintained gardens. Neighborhood felt safe and lots of bars and restaurants very close. They could improve breakfast. Beds and pillows smelly. Not dirty, just smelly probably from humidity.」

「Beautiful hotel, 3 swimming pools, very well located (minutes away from many restaurants/cafés/bars/delicious street vendors and centro), very kind staff who works hard to ensure your comfort. Transportation is easily accessible (taxi, collectivo and the ADO bus). The vibe is relaxed and charming. Our room was spacious enough and cozy and had a very comfortable king size bed. 「We enjoyed our 2 night stay there. Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. 」

「Hotel has all of the basic things you need. The gym and pool are nice additions and the location is great for activity pickup and close to lots of shops and food places.」
