The space
Unit # 2 is a 2 room suite w/ queen-sized bed that is part of a 10 unit building:
• 1940's vintage bathroom
• 50" TV in living area & 43" TV in bedroom
•There is a dead bolted door that connects your unit to unit #1, an upstairs apartment. It can be unlocked when both units are rented together.

Other things to note
NOISE:
This is an older building, noise does carry easily between units so we ask that everyone maintain a reasonable noise level (including your T.V) and abide by quiet hours of 10pm-8am. This unit has an upstairs unit and you will likely hear your neighbors foot steps above.
PARKING:
There are 10 uncovered unassigned parking spots on the properties small parking lot. 1 vehicle per unit. Street parking available nearby on Park Ave and Cove St.
