“I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. I hope Mr. Anderson trained the other staff to be kind and a problem solver thanks for a wonderful stay Mr. Anderson and……

“The management team was awesome, the AC didn’t work in the main room on the first night but Ms Vicki made sure that I didn’t go a second night without it.”

“Having stayed at Bayside Apartments previously, I was surprised and disappointed by the condition of the apartment during this visit. The unit was noticeably unclean, the showers were clogged, the air conditioning failed to adequately cool the living room, and the towels, washcloths, and bedding appeared stained and inadequately laundered. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property were unacceptable and did not reflect the standard I had come to expect from my previous stay.……

“I didn't like the fact that the lighting in the rooms were very dim. It was dark enough I had to ask for a lamp. The room had a moldy smell to it. Staff was very pleasant.”

“Wifi issues!! For the first day wifi only worked outside of the room, not inside; after that, it didn't work at all. My family and friends tried to reach me for two days and couldn't get me. This is a problem because loved ones will be worried and the guest can't call a taxi or order food. There's also no kitchen. The property needs to be updated. Thankfully there's hot water and AC. Wifi nonetheless, is the most important service that travelers need, and it's advertised on their website but……

“Enjoyed my time there even though we we'd leave in the early morning and return late night. I wish the bed was bigger and that the TV worked. If was difficult for two normal sizes adults to sleep on what felt like a slightly larger than a twin size bed.”
