"The condition of Room 203 in Ash&9th (San Diego), where I booked Dec 1st to 6th and actually stayed on Dec 1st to 5th, was problematic. Specifically:
* The heater did not function properly — it was not warm, made loud noises, and was difficult to turn on.
* The drawer slid out by itself unexpectedly, which was frightening. It was then fixed by tightening it shut, making it unusable.
These issues made it difficult for me to continue staying in the room, and therefore I had no choice but to check out on the morning of Dec. 5th.

"The hotel's front desk service was really great! The location is also convenient, just a few minutes' walk to Little Italy, and taxis are also very easy to get to, with only 10💲 being the only taxi fare to the surrounding areas. The hot water and facilities were excellent, and the bedding was comfortable."
"When we got to the room and opened the door, there was a sour smell. The room wasn’t very big, and when we asked to change rooms, they told us there were none available. We ended up buying candles to get rid of the odor. Even though we opened the windows before every stay, the smell was still there. If you want housekeeping, you have to pay $75. I don’t mind choosing a room with a balcony, but I can guarantee the window in a balcony room is smaller than the one in your bathroom at home. It really makes you feel claustrophobic."
