"Room was clean & customer service was incredible. Shower water was cold but the staff is so nice that I’m sure they’d address the sure if you present it to them. I only stayed one night "

"Everything was good except tub in my room was not draining water. We told them and they sent an engineer who couldn’t figure out in the limited time we had and asked for a room change which we couldn’t do as we were settled and had limited time. "

"First of all they’re falsely advertising as a hotel when in fact it’s a motel, big difference. Then after canceling my room due to that fact, they tried to say someone was smoking in my room in order to keep my deposit, which is crazy due to the fact that I had 2 senior family members staying in that specific room. I checked out at 6am to attend an event on the Marine Corps base and I’m quite sure that due to the conditions of the room when it was checked in to, sticky floors, previous renters clothes behind furniture, the housekeeper didn’t come until the afternoon hours. Yet they “called “ the office to say that they felt the room had been smoked in. So not only are they advertising a hotel falsely, when you change your mind about the stay they’ll find a way to steal your money. If I could give them a zero rating I’d give the a negative 10."

"The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel was clean. The room was basic. It had a fridge but no microwave. It's walking distance many restaurants and the piers. It's also convenient to get th Balboa Park and the airport."
