I had a highly disappointing experience with this Vrbo host. From the start, communication was amazing . He even got me a birthday gift for my birthday and I was so surprised and grateful for it , but things only worsened after my stay. The host made false accusations against me and my party which were completely unfounded and inaccurate. Despite following all house rules and leaving the property in good condition, the host attempted to shift blame and misrepresent the situation.This type of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and I strongly advise future guests to be cautious when booking with this host. It’s unfortunate because the property itself wasn’t bad, but dealing with a host who resorts to dishonesty and unsubstantiated claims completely ruined my experience. Avoid at all costs!

Nice place but online description doesn't match reality

The place said it sleeps 12, but there were no sleeping places for 12. There were a maximum of 6-8 people that could sleep at this location. When we called the contact, they said there were some blowup mattresses in the closet, but we couldn't find them. We booked it for 2 nights and none of us stayed there the 2nd night since there was not enough room for everyone.When we reserved the location it almost forced us to buy insurance. A few days after we stayed at this location the insurance company sent me an email saying the location had claimed insurance for a damaged chair. We are 100% sure there was no broken chair. Since I didn't have to pay out of pocket and the insurance company was going to cover the damage I didn't bother to fight it since I was traveling internationally.
