Perfect for what we needed!

Great hotel for our family of 4. Having a full size kitchen was wonderful! The hotel is very conveniently located off the interstate and near restaurants. We stayed here to go to the Wings Over Houston Airshow. The airport is only about 15 minutes away and easy to get to. Highly recommend!

Love everything about this place

I love staying here, the beds are si comfortable. The room is spotless! The kitchen has everything. And the staff are so friendly. There was a lady at the front desk that was in training, she was absolutely delightful, and so was the person training her. This place is my go to when I'm in the area.

The location was in a great spot. The check in process was convenient and front staff were helpful. Our room was on the 2nd floor and it had a faint smell of cats/dogs. We opened the windows and cleaned but the smell remained throughout our stay. Additionally, the tub had a slow drain and we had to wait at least ten minutes between showers to allow all the water to go down the drain. Other than those two issues, the stay was pleasant but will probably not book here again.

Fall Pasadena Visit

Easy and pleasant check-in. Parking in the back was well lit and easy ingress/egress. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is far enough from the road to eliminate road noise. The Air Show was practicing during the day but that meant you git to see jets! Recommended.

Super great staff, clean and comfy room. The downfalls for me: no breakfast, no pool, & only diet drinks were stocked. The people upstairs from us sounded like they were having a bowling party. We did contact the front desk and they made a call upstairs, which seem to fix the issue. Again, the hotel staff was great!!!

Staff was very friendly. My issue is we requested a king size bed and was on our reservation. We did not know until after we unloaded our belongings that they put us in either a full or queen size room. Since we were already in we decided to make due. Asked the receptionist about the discrepancy and she looked and said it shows a King size but it was changed just before we arrived and did not know why.

Our room was not ready when we arrived at 2:50. Was informed it would not be ready for another 30-45 minutes. Did NOT want to wait, had to ask for a different room. Ask for a room near the elevator. Had continued problems with the door lock, which was annoying. The room was quiet. The beds were comfortable as long as I didn’t sleep on the side near the end table. That side sank down into the middle of the bed. The bathroom and room itself was clean. The kitchen area was nice, but there was no dish rag or hand towel to wash the few dishes that were dirty. Had to run the dishwasher. The main concern for cleanliness was that the flooring in the room entry and kitchen area was absolutely FILTHY! I took a clean wash rag and wiped along the floor. The rag was disgustingly dirty. When we left, I presented the rag to the associate at the front desk, suggesting that she let her manager know, just how filthy the floor was.
