Listing was fake. I received multiple confirmations for my booking but then on the day of, host did not communicate or allow me to check in. Host did not answer my calls until several tries later. I arrived to a home that was locked and occupied by the tenant and had to scramble on a Friday night to find an alternate hotel. VRBO does not have clear instructions on what to do or an easy, clear way to contact anyone for help in this situation.
