Gated with attached Car Garage (safety and convenience).

A quick access to new and trendy restaurants on 11th and Yale street

First floor has the garage. The second floor has the living and bedrooms with high ceilings. A 2nd enclosed/ attached garage can be provided based on availability. Flowers provided BY REQUEST ONLY.

Great location and beautiful home, but Ella is what truly made the stay! She’s quick to respond, incredibly accommodating, and so thoughtful. If you ever have the chance to stay at one of her properties, book it right away — she’s wonderful!

Houston Getaway

The property was nice. Loved the rooms. Could use touch up paint and a wider garage to fit a bigger SUV or large size truck. Loved the Astro turf out back for our dogs. Emma was quick to help when needed. Highly recommend!

Clean, cozy, quiet.

My teen daughter and I needed a safe place with kitchen basics and easy driving distance to a grocery store. It’s a garage apartment with back ally access. Nice with comfortable furnishings.
