Severability
If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
By booking, you and all members of your party voluntarily assume all risks related to your stay, including use of stairs, balconies, decks, parking areas, pools, hot tubs, bodies of water, and outdoor/recreational features. You release Breezy Vacation Rentals, the property owner, and their affiliates from liability for injuries, damages, or losses — including those resulting from the ordinary negligence of the host or property owner. We had a great short stay with family. The home was new and clean as described. Easy check-in and access to the house. Great communication and will recommend.
Six of us, 4 adults, 1 teen and a 7 year old spent two nights at this VRBO. We had a couple problems, but the owner was excellent to communicate with and address the issues. Comfortable accommodations and clean.

Updated house. Plenty of room. The hostess was very responsive. Liked the off street parking. 8 minute drive to downtown.
We went to Houston for a University of Houston graduation and stayed with family. The house was in a prime location for short trips to the event and restaurants afterward. It is beautifully renovated and very comfortable. The down stairs is an open layout perfect for spending time with family and fully furnished. The room are clean and very comfortable with tvs in each room if you feel like private time from your group.
i absolutely loved this property! Me and some friends stayed the weekend and not only was it EXACTLY as it looks in the pics! The unit was fully stocked and extremely comfortable. Its in great range from fowntown and if you like nightlife, there are a few different clubs right around the street. Don't be alarmed though, the neighborhood is very quiet. I will be requesting it from here on out for my Houston stays
Awesome Host & Property. The host was very attentive and a listener. I love how she communicated with me when we experienced a Error with the payment. I can say the place it self was a 10/10 clean GATED driveway. The location isn't A1 ( seen more than a few wonder's even one came up to our Rental [in driveway] while we were leaving asking for $) but not unsafe feeling.
The home was really nice and comfortable. Great amenities, comfy beds. As we were driving to the house, some of the nearby neighborhoods gave us a little concern. However, the home is located in an area that is obviously being updated. I was glad to see gated parking for our vehicles. Several homes in the area seemed to party loudly at night, but once we were inside, it wasn't much of a bother. I will say that the home is described as near downtown and medical center. After we checked out, the description showed 3rd ward. This would have given me some pause for safety reasons if that had been in earlier descriptions, but all worked out!! Communication with the property manager/owner was very quickly answered!!
Akachi’s place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was centrally located for everything we wanted to see while in Houston and would definitely stay there again.
I had to go have some Cancer test at MD Anderson. Lucked out and found this place. It is a beautiful property and close to Hospital. Will definitely stay again for a future trips.
Great home with plenty of space, the home is close to downtown and was a great spot to explore. The only frustration was the host wanting to charge for "early" checkin, when the checkin offered was 4pm. (Usually 12 or 2pm)
