I liked the friendly and accomidating staff. They were real people who were genuinely relatable and caring toward me. I also appreciated the remodeled and spacious rooms. The quality first class mattress gave me an exceptional sleeping experience for all 3 nights. This is not a 5 star hotel but I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS as an excellent place to stay for an affordable price.

Quiet, rebuilt, and clean

The area leaves something to be desired. This area was very hard hit by Hurricane Harvey. Most of the businesses have not recovered and there are a lot of vacancies and some construction. But it is pretty convenient to I10 without being next to the highway. As for the hotel, it was very clean and clearly rebuilt/remodeled. Everything looked new and nicely done. The front desk was courteous, if curt. It was very quiet as it is set back from the street behind other businesses. We were very comfortable and plan to stay there again when pass through.

I will never stay there again... I guess these rooms rent by the hour. They cleaned the room next to me several times during my stay. Tooth brushes on the counter instead of shampoo. Light switches 10ft from the bed. No lamps, 10 watt buld in the bathroom. . Made my reserve using my AMX, when i arrived they only take debit cards. Never stay again

Awful hotel option.

Terrible service. Horrible interactions with host and unreasonable communication. Undoubtedly the worst hostel I ever stayed at and I do NOT recommend to anyone!
