Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes 2 queen size beds.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

- Washer and dryer in home.
- Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.
- This home is equipped with external Ring security cameras, monitoring the front door and driveway area.
- Pet friendly! Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. An additional flat fee of $50 will be required. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

• Remove trash from kitchen and load in trash bin outside.
• Commercial photography and filming NOT allowed.
• Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
