My son and his friends stayed in this property for weekend. Ryan could not be more communicative; he addressed all questions promptly and was more than accommodating (late check-out) and helpful. The boys loved the game room. The master bedroom and bathroom were outstanding. The use of the bunk-room for the crew was especially appreciated. We travel to Houston often as our son goes to school at Rice, so we will definitely rent this property again.
