House was perfect for our family! Beautiful decor that actually looks like the pictures. Great location! Very easy walk to a variety of restaurants!

Everything about this place was great except the maintenance. The floors were dirty, we had to hunt for clean towels and pillowcases, and the outside trash was full to the top. Maybe the owners should switch property management company?

We stayed here for a family birthday party. We have family in the area and this house was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and the 6 family members in the area. The table was big enough for all of us to sit around for meals and games. The kitchen has new and updated appliances, there were several big screen TVs throughout the home for watching sports or movies. We were there in January and it was cold for Houston. But we were able to enjoy time together. The location is very close to Kemah, and not too far from Galveston, so you can get to water and sand very easily. There were a couple of questions during the rental but the owner responded quickly and communicated regularly during the stay. Overall, we were happy with our choice to stay here, and would certainly come back.

The property was beautiful. Listing didn’t state no fishing, but property management or owner stayed no fishing and advised be aware of alligators, This should be stated since property has a canal behind it with jet skies, They are too controlling with the AC. We would be sleeping and wake up in the middle of the night sweating because they adjusted the air to 78 or 77, Didn’t sleep well and I normally go to rest and to be rejuvenated, Recommended they list on the listing they control the air. Very unpleasant experience. Some areas dirty, we cleaned and was attached by fleas in the master bedroom. Didn’t because property said no dogs, I returned home exhausted with flea bites and to try and get them off me. No future bookings at this property.

My family and I stayed here while going to another family member's wedding. It fit 10 people well, though one of us (me) slept on the couch to give coupled family members privacy in their own rooms. No complaints--it was a very comfy couch and right by a great tv :) Right by a river, the place has a clear nautical theme that's very well-thought out. Very impressed with the modern appliances and amenities. If we're in the area again, we'd definitely love to book here once more.

Where should I start. From the time me and my guest enter the door the house said Welcome! The accommodations were superb. From the bedrooms to the carefully thought out. The inside & outside dining was great & the weather allowed us to enjoy all areas. Our host were on point making sure we had everything that we needed. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks for your hand in making my birthday weekend special. No doubt, this will NOT be my last trip!! DO NOT sleep on this property 😁
