The house was clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. However, there were only 2 beds. There was not a sofa pull out bed like it said in the amenities. The kitchen had no water pressure so we couldn't cook or do dishes.

Had a Great Stay, beds are comfortable, the upstairs shower is tricky and you must pull hard to turn on. Wash / Dryer was nice to be able to do laundry. We stayed 4 night. July 27 - 31 2025

There were a few issues like the dishwasher being unplugged, the upstairs lightbulb not working, and the upstairs shower not working/faucet being broken. I also was given the wrong code, but a call with customer service fixed it quickly. Other than that, it was a beautiful stay for a couple of days. My friend and I loved it!

Completely unsanitary. Bugs everywhere, showers had black mold on the floor. Property manager agreed conditions were unlivable and to give a refund. I immediately checked into a hotel. But when it came time to refund my money, they ghosted me. I had to file a chargeback through American Express.

Filthy

Disappointed. Property was very dusty and dirty. Needs a deep clean and regular maintenance. Bathroom facilities were in VERY poor condition. Tub and toilet need to be replaced. Toilet bowl was completely stained and tub/shower porcelain was worn down to the metal. Tub grout scummy/dirty. Bottle lid from previous tenant was left in the top of the soap dish. Bath mat in the tub, was a bacteria frap. What once was white, was now brown. Found hair in tub and other locations around the condo. Took approximately 40 pictures of issues. Left two messages for the property manager, but did not hear from her until the next day. Fortunately, was able to get a hold of VACASA rep, that night, to report issues. We did not stay.
