The house has no one but your family. The listing rate is for 2 guest rooms with one Comfy King bed, one Queen bed, and for all amenities listed, up to 6 guests per night (extra fee will be charged if use airbed ( extra bed cleaning fee), or when more than 4 people), the full airbed is available on request, and can be put anywhere as you like.

The 2 rooms are facing lake view with beautiful landscaping. Each room has its own walk-in closet, a table and a chair and includes all necessary linens and bedding stuff for your comfortable stay.

There is an office as workspace as well, which is now shared with a bedroom. It is located downstairs with a table for 3 30-inches monitors, and a leather office chair, a surge protection plugin ready panel for your daily work. The office is surrounded by 4 large windows which let you oversee the beautiful front garden while you are working.

Laundry room is equipped with Samsung Washing Machine and Dryer, all front load capabilities, no washing detergent is provided.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and utilities as a family can expect, such as, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, hot water boiler, coffee maker. It has coffee set and wine set for your convenience as well.
