「Through Expedia, I've been able to secure several nice stays for budget prices. This was a different, inferior experience. I phoned to say that I would be late for final check in (10pm) and Alexandra, the lovely lady on the front desk, made sure I was checked in dignity and made me feel so safe about arriving late.
