「I actually switched my reservation to Epic Topsail Oceanfront with the property manager, but was never able to get the switch done through VRBO because of technical issues. We really enjoyed the Epic Topsail property and the host was very responsive to our needs. The cleaning of property could have been a little better before our arrival (i.e. silverware drawer was dirty with food crumbs), but nothing we could not handle. 「The condo was just as described in the listing and pictures. It was very clean. They provided everything we needed for the 4 days we were there. The view was excellent with balcony access from all the bedrooms. The grounds with both pools were also clean and people were very friendly. The only complaint that I have is with the Wi-Fi, it is a community wifi and it is extremely slow. I tried to work while we were at the location and at times it was impossible. I would definitely stay at this condo...

「Really enjoyed our stay at this Pebble Beach Condo and appreciated our host’s flexibility in allowing us to update our dates due to the arriving n’oreaster and unexpected personal plan changes. We did attempt to take advantage of the free pizza deal, but Papa John’s did not seem to be aware of the deal and there were no instructions for using the deal, so we made other dinner plans instead. Otherwise, it was a fabulous stay and I’d still recommend this wonderful condo. 」

「Carrie’s place was great, attractive, comfortable, quiet, bed was comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked and functional. We enjoyed Pickleball and the pool as well as walks on the beach. After a recent stay at a place that wasn’t so nice this was like a breath of fresh air. Thanks Carrie!」

「This was our 4th visit to the island. We love it here. Check-in was so easy and communication was AMAZING! Weather did not cooperate with our plans but plenty to do with the retro video games, board games and stocked kitchen. Close to restaurants and shops. Loved the massage chair and SOFT beds! 「We really enjoy staying at this condo complex. It's so convenient to the beach and other attractions on the isle. There was plenty of room for my parents, my husband and I, and our two kids (7 and 4). Make sure to bring your own shampoo, body soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent. The curtains in the master bedroom are shear and don't block much light. Other than that, a very comfortable stay.」
