“The room was nice and spacious, and the breakfast was very good. They offered eggs, sausages, cereal, juice, yogurt, and waffles, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues during my stay. The bathtub drainage was not working properly; after taking a shower, the tub filled with water even though the drain stopper was not in place, and it took a while for the water to go down. My plan for my two-night stay was to enjoy the pool, but unfortunately, it was not available. The pool was……

“Bathroom needed work as the hardware in tub/shower was terrible, mineralized and broken. Other then that everything was amazing and wonderful. ”

“Nice hotel but dated. The bed was very firm and thin. The shower constantly dripped. The walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbors. After the concert, we could hear street traffic until after midnight. ”

“I am originally from El Pasó but not currently living there. I was in town for my father’s funeral services. Lizy at the front desk was extremely polite. She didn’t know my current situation and was still very understanding. I had made the wrong reservation and she helped me fix it and saved me a lot of time and stress.
