“Very clean, very attractively decorated. Smelled so good when we walked in!! Loved our time there!!”

“This lovely home was very clean, very quiet, and very comfortable. We travel a LOT and have rented all over the U.S. This stay was one our our best for sure. We hope to stay here from now on when we are in Terrell to visit my sister. Highly recommended. Oh, by the way, the location is very safe and offers quick access to everything Terrell has to offer.”

“We unfortunately had to cancel our trip due to a sudden family emergency involving our daughter and were unable to stay. Although we can't comment on the property itself, we wanted to recognize the host for their kindness, compassion, and excellent communication during an incredibly difficult time. They went above and beyond to work with us, and their understanding meant a great deal to our family. We truly appreciate their generosity and hope to stay here in the future.”

“Perfect little house for our trip to the downtown McKinney historic district. Fun area of town for browsing cute shops and eating delicious food. Kevin offered multiple ideas on where to eat and what to see! The house has been meticulously updated and redecorated…such attention to detail!! Loved our 3 nights here and even inquired about staying a couple of more nights. Unfortunately for us, the house was already booked for the next month! If you have the opportunity to rent this house, you won’t……

We loved the convenience of being close to downtown McKinney ….. the shops are all great ….. soooo many delightful things to see and buy !!!! Early Christmas shopping !!!! Thank you again Kevin for sharing your beautiful home !!!”

“We had a great week at this property. Really comfortable sleeping, great kitchen and living space for hanging out. It was fun to be so close to the downtown life but still in a quiet space”

“Our stay was perfect. The view was amazingly big. Very clean. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Pros: pet-friendly, a/c works well, lots of beds, new appliances in the kitchen, plenty of towels. Master bath has nice-looking renovation.Cons: 1. It was hard to know if we were at the correct house. No house number on the front / chain-link fence in front / gate closed to the driveway / signs saying "No Trespassing" and "Beware of Dogs" were uninviting. I pulled in front of the fence in the rain and looked through the listing pictures to find one that matched the front of the house. THEN……
