When I arrived to the hotel, the woman that was in charge of booking me in absolutely rude, she had a very nasty attitude. She yelled all the way from inside what my phone number was I didn’t feel comfortable, screaming out my phone number and asked her to please come back to the window she smacked her lips rolled her eyes, came back to where I was slammed the paper down, it was ridiculous. I couldn’t believe how rude she was For those reasons alone I will never visit this hotel again and I will also be leaving this review on Google awful awful customer service.

Property is not pet friendly and the staff was not nice and they had a lot of roaches in the smell was distinct the curtains was raggedy I knew I couldn't get my money back and I was okay with walking away without getting it back cuz I was not supposed to put my baby in that type of environment. I advise whoever to go by and check it out and see for themselves before they throw their money there no way Jose for me.

Room smelt like cigarettes and sheets had many stains and smelt odd and parking lot was super dirty and staff were nice but the hotel it’s self was not a nice stay, don’t recommend

I been in my room for a little over two weeks and I have ask for clean towels and clean sheets and nothing has happen. I have had to wash my own sheets and with this been a hotel I should not have to wash my own sheets.The staff at the front is very rude and unprofessional.I would not recommend this motel to anyone

This property sucks I have been asking for clean sheets and clean towels so I went to see if I could find housekeeping and they was in the laundry room with the door close.I ask the lady could I get some clean sheet and I was told not right now when they had clean sheets and she also told me to hurry up and get my sheets from my room there was also people who doesn’t work for the company in the laundry room this motel is a zero star motel for me
