「Ranch at Royal Oak is a great house with a spectacular host. The communication was stellar. The house is in excellent condition with everything you need right at the house. Access to St. Michael's is very easy. We will be back!」

「It's a lovely historic home with those types of quirks: narrow and steep stairs, railing that is definitely not up to code, original windows, not well insulated so it's a good thing that the neighborhood is quiet, one nail sticking out of the original floors in the DR near thr kitchen door. It was kept clean other than some cobwebs in corners. It is comphy but the furniture is all antiques to fit the vibe so some of it is fragile (curio tqble by front door had a busted leg when we arrived for...
