"The positives were the bed was clean and they offer a send out same day laundry service but that's where it ends. The pictures used for advertising were deceiving. They looked a lot larger. I had about a foot and a half between the desk and the bed and I had to Jenga my suitcase open in order to lay it flat. They claim to focus on having clean rooms but there was mild in the bathroom and cracks in the ceilings, dirt in the corners. There was no air conditioning and no fan to keep air moving so the room was extremely hot. I did open a window but you're centrally located and so hearing loud people late at night was the cost to try to cool the room at all. There was no notice that they were going to be under renovations so between 7&8 am you heard banging from them. There was a drip I thought was coming from outside but was actually inside the walls and it was constantly dripping and was distracting."

"I've stayed at this hotel many times. It is consistently good and seems to keep the same staff. There is always entertainment at the weekends which is great if you've been shopping and want to relax in the bar after a meal in their very good restaurant. I take my niece for a treat. She particularly enjoys the pool area as it is a good hotel for families."
