「Waiting the fire alarm and flood for nearly one hour and very hard to get asleep again.」

「Very clean but needs some repairs and updates. Room 108 door wouldn’t shut properly and was offset in frame. Sauna didn’t work. Pool needs remodel and pump repair. Hot tub needs repairing. Only half jets worked. Not sure what is wrong in pool area but incredibly hot (so hot they propped door open) and portable dehumidifiers were in place. Breakfast was mediocre. 」

「Close to the beach and downtown. Will stay here again. Only minor thing was no access to ice nor a freezer but it is a B&B. Breakfast was convenient and good. Everyone we interacted with were great. Convenience store is near property. We heard another couples concern that their room was dark and chilly in the main house. We chose the Biltmore room in the guest house and it was great.」

「I came back to stay at the Wickwood Inn twenty years after I had last stayed here. It was lovely then, but I feared it might have gotten dated by now. No need to worry! They did a complete renovation of the inn. Still the beautiful antique-filled luxuriously plush rooms, but updated to a more muted and understated color palette befitting the current design aesthetic. The exquisite marble-clad bathroom was a particular delightThere is still no other place in town that holds a candle to this. 」
