No wash cloths or hand towels. Pillows were almost flat. Room smelled like smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room. Staff didn’t speak English and had to use phone to translate.

The property staff was polite and communicated through an interpretation app. Though I had reserved a king bed room in advance, I was told that they only had one left and asked if we wanted to see it. This surprised me as the facility had few cars in the parking lot. After agreeing to the room, I realized that there was no hand soap, the fire detector was missing and the primary ceiling light was missing the bulb cover. I would not stay their again.

The room smelled amazing and was clean with a fresh feeling. The staff was very kind. I called for a late checkout and they honored it. It was a nice and quiet place to get some rest.

I showed up at 8PM and found the door locked and nobody here. I contacted hotels.com and they got ahold of the property staff who told that they had no rooms despite my reservation. I was then forced to make a last minute reservation at a hotel over 30 minutes away. I would not recommend this hotel to any travelers.
